Pittsfield Charter Twp, MichiganMeeting Room Use for Residents' OrganizationsPittsfield Township makes its administrative meeting hall and conference rooms available by advance reservation to residents' organizations for meetings. A Pittsfield resident must be a member of the organization, must sign for and pick up the key, and provide his/her name, address, telephone number, and signature to the Clerk’s Office. In order to provide maximum access for official Township functions and residents' groups, the following limits apply to the use of the hall and conference rooms: A) A) We do not allow religious services, commercial sales, dinners, receptions, or crafting activities. For private functions, rental of parks facilities is available through the Pittsfield Parks & Recreation Dept. at 822-2120. B) Dates may only be booked up to two months in advance. C) A single group may only book one date per month. To reserve a meeting room, please call 822-3120. Room users must clean up and rearrange the room after you use it. Please follow the written guidelines you will receive when picking up the key. Refreshments such as cookies and beverages are allowed, but do not bring in main course items such as pizza. To clean up afterwards, please bring your own cleaning supplies. If the group will generate more than a basketful of trash or recyclable bottles, please bring trash bags.
